NKSoft Corporation established in 1997 in Dallas, Texas, by executives from EY, IBM, Oracle and PwC consulting.
NKSoft KEMA Consulting created in 2014 with merger of KEMA Power Consulting in North America, Latin America and Brasil (after KEMA was sold to DNV GL in 2012, KEMA Power Consulting group was disbanded by DNV to focus on its other core business).
1997
Developed the first web based customer care and billing solution for the Utilities and the Telecom sector.
1998
Our first customer Southern Union Gas Company in Austin, Texas. Subsequently we agreed to deploy the solution for the Marcado Gas, and Kansas Gas Company.
2000
After number of sucess on our own, IBM in late 1999 decided to acquire our Customer Care and Billing software for the "New Power Company", a retail Power Company owned by IBM and some of the largest investment banks.
2005
As a sub-contractor to IBM, we started our journey to deploy 5 Million AMI meters and deploy first Smart Grid at CenterPoint Energy in Houston, Texas.
2008
We developed "Regulator Ready Economic (Cost / Benefit) Analysis, Developed RFP, Help select vendors, and engaged in managing multiple Smart Grid projects in the USA.
2020
NKSoft with our ex-KEMA partners in Latin America, we expanded our services throughout Latin America and Brazil, starting 2012.
