Challenge
A leading services organization wants to improve customer service by implementing voice portals that could service customers and operational personnel with automated access and self-service capability. The challenge was to introduce this new technology and integrate with other channels and back end applications.

NKT Solution
NKT conceptualized and developed the Voice Portal - a speech recognition-based application developed using VoiceXML. The portal integrated existing contact center infrastructure such as IVR, online channels such as other corporate portals and several backend operational systems.
