Challenge
One Fortune 100 corporation recently faced a major effort to revamp the portfolio of more than 75 applications forming their operational backbone. That portfolio consisted of numerous technologies, several generations, and a variety of maturity levels. The group had to manage multiple projects spanning maintenance releases, production support, new development and migration and reengineering.

NKT Solution
